Summary and full description of me

I am intelligent, hard working, respectful when I've been respected, so not being shouted at for no reason, always try to be on time, organised and a quick learner.

I can learn things quickly, if it is already similar to something I have learned in the past. For example: learning a new coding language in an area I am already skilled at.

If I ever make a mistake, I preferred being told what the mistake was and trying to figure out a solution, instead of being shouted at, because that come across as aggression for no reason..

Full description of me

I am intelligent, hard working, respectful when I've been respected, so not being shouted at for no reason, always try to be on time, organised and a quick learner.

I learn more quickly when guided through what things mean in detail, but I can learn stuff on my own, but I may interpret something incorrectly, so I might need to be tested afterwards to see if I actually have learnt the resources correctly if you don't want any mess ups.

I have some sense of humour. I can make people laugh at times, but I may just come off as an annoyance. If I do become an annoyance, just speak to me and I will stop trying to make fellow colleagues laugh.

I never break the rules on purpose if I see them as fair and reasonable. I will follow the dress code your business has, if I know what it is, otherwise I may wear clothes that I feel comfortable in. If this does become a problem and there is a dress code, please inform me of this in a respectable manner and I will follow it as soon as I can if the dress code is sensible.

I am pretty organised and will be ready for any work given to me with in reason. On the first day of the job I might not be organised or too organised. This is because I am new and don't know what I exactly need and what is provided in the business' building.

My strengths

Creativity

I have a very creative mind. I come up with new ideas and solutions.

I think outside of the box, thinking of things that haven't been done before or another way to do it.

Good work ethic

In the company I try to work to the best of my abilities, arrive on time and try my hardest to get things done before the deadline.

Problem solving

I am very good at problem solving and the coding I have done has strengthen this strength even further.

I look at every detail of a problem before I even attempt to fix, I like to know all the data, because it can be the difference between succeeding and failing.

Independent worker

Once I've been taught the necessary skills to accomplish a task and told what task I need to be doing. I can work independently with very little issues.

My weakness'

Attention to detail

One of my flaws is that I pay too much attention to detail and I am trying to stop myself from doing this, but it is not as easy as it sounds.

An upside to this is I can sometimes pick up on small details that can ruin a whole plan that others miss.

Socialising

I am very bad at socialising, which makes me the worse person to do public speaking, however because I don't socialise much, I have very good individual working skills.

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to me in a business, because I know that if a customer is unhappy with what they've received, they stop coming back.

In a business I will try to make the customer satisfied.

Privacy

I believe everyone should have some sort of privacy, at least to the extent that they are safe from identity fraud and payments they didn't make.

Anti-discrimination

I don't like it when I see someone being picked on for no other reason than their skin colour, choices (unless against the law) or appearance.

I don't mind racist or offensive jokes if no one is getting hurt in the process; in another turn giving people freedom of speech, until someone gets badly hurt.
